Series DP Double Bellows Differential Pressure Switch

Brand: Dwyer Instruments, LLC
Does not ship to Washington, United States
Two opposing bellows combine maximum sensitivity and vibration resistance at a moderate cost in the Series DP differential pressure switches.

Both set and reset points are easily adjustable through non-interactive, externally accessible controls.

Visible setpoint indicators simplify changes. SPDT snap action switch, 316 stainless steel or brass bellows, flanged steel housing. Rated pressures to 600 psig.

A wide variety of switches and circuit styles enables exactly the specific type of control function needed for any system. Mercury switches are a good choice for humid areas while snap switches are better able to resist vibration.

Various operations possible include single adjustment - fixed deadband, double adjustment - adjustable deadband, manual reset (increasing or decreasing pressure) and two stage with each SPST or SPDT switch independently adjustable.

Standard enclosure is NEMA-1 style. Optional weatherproof construction is for outdoor use and explosion-proof enclosure meets requirements for Class I, Groups C & D; Class II, Groups E, F & G.
Features
  • Bellows switch design provides sensitivity to pressure changes but resists vibration preventing out of range switching
  • External access to set and rest controls makes for easy adjustments
  • Visible set point indicators simplify changes
