BY USING OUR SOCIAL MEDIA, EACH USER AGREES TO PROVIDE US WITH AN UNRESTRICTED, IRREVOCABLE, ROYALTY-FREE, PERPETUAL, FULLY PAID-UP, TRANSFERABLE, WORLDWIDE LICENSE TO USE THE UPLOADED IMAGE(S) IN ANY AND ALL MARKETING MATERIALS, ON SPONSOR’S WEBSERVICE, AND THROUGH ALL SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS. EACH USER REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT UPLOADED IMAGES DO NOT INFRINGE THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARK RIGHTS.
Acceptable Use Policy

You also agree that you will not violate or attempt to violate the security of the Service. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who have participated in such violations.
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Our Products and Prices
Prices and availability of products on the Service are subject to change without notice. The price of the product will be as shown on the order pages when you place your order. Errors will be corrected when discovered and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). We do not price match.
Product Selection & Safety
When selecting products, the entire system design must be taken into consideration to ensure safe, trouble-free performance. Responsibility for the application, function, material compatibility, adequacy of ratings, correctness of installation, operation and maintenance rests solely on the systems designer and the user. It is of utmost importance that the complete product catalog from the manufacturer has been reviewed and understood by the system designer and the user to ensure the product selected is safe for the purposes intended by the system designer and the user.

The user must analyze all aspects of the application, follow applicable industry standards, and follow the information concerning the product in the current product catalog and in any other materials provided from Process Technology, Inc. or its suppliers or authorized distributors.
To the extent that Process Technology, Inc. or its suppliers or authorized distributors provide component or system options based upon data or specifications provided by the user, the user is responsible for determining that such data and specifications are suitable and sufficient for all applications and reasonably foreseeable uses of the components or systems.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the formation, interpretation, breach or termination thereof, including whether the claims asserted are arbitrable, will be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules. The tribunal will consist of a sole arbitrator.
The seat of arbitration and the place of arbitration shall be Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. The language of the arbitration will be the English language. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Any award rendered in the arbitration is final and binding and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction for the enforcement of the award.
The costs of arbitration, including fees, travel expenses and other expenses of the arbitrator and witnesses, the fees or charges by the centre and the reasonable legal fees and expenses, as determined by the arbitral tribunal, of the successful party, shall be borne by the unsuccessful party.
The parties shall maintain the confidential nature of the arbitration proceeding and the award, including the privacy of the hearing, except as may be necessary to prepare for or conduct the arbitration hearing on the merits, or except as may be necessary in connection with a court application for a preliminary remedy, a judicial challenge to an award or its enforcement, or unless otherwise required by Law or judicial decision.
We may bring suit in any appropriate forum or court of competent jurisdiction to avoid irreparable harm or to preserve the status quo, or for any breach (or threatened breach) of infringement or misappropriation of our intellectual property rights, and you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of that court in respect of all of those matters, all matters that are not properly subject to arbitration pursuant to these terms and conditions, and all permitted appeals arising from an arbitration pursuant to these terms and conditions.
Right to Access
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST AGE 13 TO USE THE SERVICE. By using the Service, you affirm that you are over age 13. If you are under age 13, you may not access or use the Service.
IF YOU ARE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN THAT PROVIDES CONSENT TO YOUR TEENAGER'S REGISTRATION WITH AND USE OF THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN RESPECT OF SUCH TEENAGER'S USE OF THE SERVICE.
We periodically schedule system downtime for the Service for maintenance and other purposes. Unplanned system outages also may occur. You agree that we have no responsibility and are not liable for: (a) the unavailability of any of the Service; (b) any loss of data, information or materials caused by such system outages; (c) the resultant delay, mis-delivery or non-delivery of data, information or materials caused by such system outages; or (d) any outages caused by any third parties, including without limitation any companies or servers hosting any of the Service, any Internet service providers or otherwise.
The Service is intended for users who reside in United States. Process Technology, Inc. makes no representations, warranties or conditions that the Service or any materials contained in them are valid, appropriate or available for use outside of United States. If you access and use the Service outside United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Service and/or the provision of any service, program or other product described thereon to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion. Any software on the Service is subject to United States and Canadian export controls and may not be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported: (a) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria or any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods or which is subject to other applicable U.S. or Canadian trade sanctions; or (b) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders.
